4 Minute live in Manila

The cutie 4 minute Korean pop singing group arrived yesterday, Feb. 4'10 here in the Phils.They gonna stay here for 5 days and there's a Press Con in Shangrila Plaza Hotel in Edsa before their Mall Tour.Their first itinerary was in Mall of Asia(that's today), and tomorrow you can see them in SM Mega Mall ( it's along Edsa H-way, too). So be there.

Live life, laugh lots and love forever

I've seen this somewhere, and copied to share , hope you like it too and live life to the fullest.


1. Throw out nonessential numbers and factors.
This includes age, height, eye and skin color, past stuff and present stuff that you can't change.

2. Keep only cheerful friends.
The grouches pull you down. Who you are attached to will bless you up or mess you up. Make sure that YOU are a cheerful friend and not a grouch.

3. Keep learning.
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.' And the devil's name is Alzheimer's.

4. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.

5. Enjoy the simple things. Breath is one of the simple things.

6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on.
Don't blame others for your situation. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love.
Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help. Your body is the most important vehicle you will ever own.

9. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

10. Don't take guilt trips.
Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is.We all need to live life to its fullest each day!

Phil. "Dancing Inmates"

Michael Jackson's long-time choreographer Travis Payne and dancers Daniel Celebre and Dres Reid visited Cebu, Philippines to teach the "Dancing Inmates" from Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC), a maximum security prison, some few moves of MJ and performances from THIS IS IT.

Three years ago, Cebu Provincial Detention Rehabilitation Center in Cebu, Philippines, came up with a unique management by prison warden Byron Garcia, to change the views of everyone about prison and prisoners. He managed to discipline and control the 2,000 inmates of all ages and all sexes through dancing.

Supposedly it 's just a test to use dancing to ease the boredom of the prisoners inside the cell but it became a program and now a famous tourist attraction in Cebu City and later on became hit on YouTube.com.

On Top Again

Yesterday as I was busy cooking foods for our celebration of my Stephannie's B-day, I almost forgot that I have to go to school to get the report card of my youngest child, Mycah. So I prepared the foods faster and fix my self after. Just wore a tee and denim and for the comfort of my feet just used one of my Happy Feet clogs. Around 2pm as scheduled I reached the school and to my surprised, it's not just a simple picking of report cards of student but it's a recognition day for the third quarter of the school year. And my Mycah was one of the top recognized student. I was so glad 'coz since she got in High School last year (she's sophomore now) she never reached the top titles though she's still on the top section. Viva Senior Sto. Nino

Yesterday (Jan. 17) was the fiesta day of a child Jesus Christ that we called Sto. Nino.
Sto. Nino is the patron saint of the whole province of Cebu, Phils.
Every year millions of people go to Cebu to witness the colorful and festive street-dancing.
We call it a Sinulog (graceful dancing) Festival .

Not only in Cebu but here in my location too, devotees celebrate annual Sto. Nino festival. There's a novena masses and devotees take to the streets for a procession of the patron after the last mass. In the procession you can see some of the devotees bring along with them their own images or statue of Child Jesus Christ.
